I liked the writting for its light hearted and common sense approach. A little light on insite as this is in the genre of "eat all your vegetables" and "wear clean underwear". He is hinting about his use of Prednisone as he mentions it in the diagram but not in the writting. Does he has MS or Aids? (Prednisone used for either). I looked up prednisone and this is what I found for side effects:

"Prednisone may cause side effects. Tell your doctor if any of these symptoms are severe or do not go away:

headache
dizziness
difficulty falling asleep or staying asleep
inappropriate happiness

I could use a little of the last one!
